Shara Hartzog Corporate Director of Sales & Planning
Shara is a specialized Wedding Professional with a CWP certification. She joined Ashton Gardens in 2007 bringing 5 years of experience in wedding/event planning & catering sales specific to the hospitality industry. Prior to Ashton Gardens, Shara was an Event Planner at some of finest wedding facilities in Houston. She brings her diverse expertise in high-end guest service and event planning. Since the very beginning, with her proficiency and extreme personal touch, Shara has played an invaluable role in establishing Ashton Gardens as the new standard for wedding destinations in the region.
Amanda Zotzky Sales Associate
Amanda joined Ashton Gardens late in 2014. Before making the change to events full time, Amanda dabbled in advertising while working for DeltaStyle Magazine in Monroe, Louisiana. Not only did Amanda learn to operate under high pressure situations and strict deadlines, she was also able to network with other event experts and plan various types events. After her stint with DeltaStyle, she later accepted a project coordinator position with the City of Monroe where she orchestrated festivals, concerts and everything in between. It was there that Amanda realized event planning was where she shined brightest. From the bride’s entrance into the ceremony to the grand exit, Amanda enjoys every second with her couple on their special day.
Erika Berry, CWP Sales & Event Coordinator
With a solid background in customer service, organization, and events, Erika Berry exemplifies all the talents that are vital to being an Ashton Gardens team member. While earning her degree in Event Management from The Conrad Hilton college at the University of Houston (Go Coogs!), Erika began her hospitality career with an internship at the Bridal Extravaganza show. From succeeding in detailing event orders to maintaining vendor relationships, it was only a matter of time before Erika found a home with Ashton Gardens. She started out as the Sales and Event Assistant in 2015 until she graduated from the University of Houston in 2016 and happily accepted a position as a Wedding & Event Coordinator. When Erika isn’t helping brides plan their best day ever, she enjoys making her house into a home, watching movies with her kiddo, as well as enjoying life with her hilarious husband. Oh, and binge watching Friends on Netflix, regularly.
Paris Rosman Wedding & Event Coordinator
As a seasoned wedding coordinator and event planner, Paris feels as though she has found her true passion and the perfect career fit. She started working on non-profit events such as auctions for her high school and went on to graduate from Sam Houston State University. (Go Bearkats!) Throughout college she worked at other wedding venues while networking with experts in the industry. From that point on, the drive to become the best wedding coordinator possible continued to grow. After graduating, she landed the dream job of working at Ashton Gardens. Her attention to detail and strong work ethic are what makes her an awesome wedding coordinator, and she will always go above and beyond for her brides. In her spare time, she loves movies and hanging out with her beagle, Fiona.
Cesar Garcia Director of Operations
Cesar’s contributions to Ashton Garden’s management team are endless. With over 5 years experience at Ashton Gardens Houston, working up the ranks in various positions with in the Culinary and Operations teams, Cesar’s knowledge of event management ensures that each and every guest has the most personalized service. Cesar handles pressure with poise and is always willing to lend a hand to ensure each and every event is a success.
