Addason Lamb Sales Manager

Since joining Ashton Gardens’ planning team in 2014, Addason has been instrumental in providing expert level customer service to brides and families alike. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas, Addason stepped out into the wedding and event world to make her mark on the booming industry. Prior to Addason joining the AG team, her work experience included venues such as Diamond H Ranch and Noah’s Event Venue in Irving, TX. Addason’s favorite part of a wedding is definitely when the couple makes their way down the aisle after being announced husband and wife.

Brooke Epstein Wedding & Event Coordinator

Brooke joined the Ashton Gardens’ team in the spring of 2014. After being selected for Ashton Gardens’ internship program, Brooke showed amazing organization and determination which landed her the sales associate role in late 2014. Since then, Brooke found her niche in planning and moved over to a coordination position in early 2016. Brooke made the perfect addition to the Dallas/Fort Worth team by utilizing her valuable experience in customer service and restaurant operations. When Brooke isn’t making dreams come true you can find her with her four dogs or looking for the best vegan restaurants.

Jade Marriott Sales & Event Coordinator

Combine the characteristics of a natural born leader and the ability to plan events with calm efficiency and you get Jade Marriott. Jade had her first coordination experience as an intern with Ashton Gardens during the summer of 2015. During the time she interned, Jade exhibited gifts of organization and poise, making her an unforgettable facet. Years later, after obtaining her degree from the University of North Texas, Jade set out on a mission to provide parents, couples and everyone in between with an event planning experience that is unparalleled to any in the DFW. When Jade isn’t making dreams come true, you can find her spending time with her family and friends or traveling.

Justin Bradshaw Director of Operations

Justin Bradshaw is a motivated and dedicated Operations Manager with almost 10 years of experience in the hospitality field. Justin started his career on the restaurant side of the hospitality business back in 2006 by managing the day to day operations of an exclusive Brazilian steakhouse in the North Texas area. His appreciation for fine dining and his comprehensive knowledge of restaurant management propelled him to another management opportunity in 2009. Through his ability to effectively train and coach his staff, Justin found a home with Ashton Gardens Dallas/ Ft Worth as the Operations Manager in 2015. When Justin isn’t overseeing weddings and events, you can usually find him spending time with his wife and twins or spending time in the great outdoors.

Trevor Tucker Executive Chef

Chef Trevor Tucker was born and raised in the DFW area. Gifted with a passion for cooking at an early age, he established his culinary career over 10 years ago. Chef Trevor, an Ashton Gardens DFW opening member, began his role as a kitchen lead where he rapidly worked his way up to executive chef. He found his culinary voice in fine dining where he has thrived and achieved countless accolades. Chef Trevor strives to challenge his team to invoke a sense of wonder and imagination with every meticulous detail and component he incorporates into his dishes. From Mediterranean cuisine to molecular gastronomy, Chef Trevor excels with every creation he formulates. His natural ability to fuse flavors coupled with his eclectic and creative culinary approach makes him a discernible addition to Ashton Gardens.
