1. From the North on I 45:
   1. From Conroe, The Woodlands and Spring, go south on I 45, and take exit 66 (FM 1960. Addicks, Humble).
   2. Turn left (East) on FM 1960. Stay in right lane.
   3. Pass the third traffic light. (Do not take the overpass over the Hardy Toll Rd.)
   4. Take the Hardy Toll Rd. exit to the right. Get in left lane.
   5. At the first stop sign, turn left (north) on Inverness Forest Blvd.
   6. After going approx. one block north on Inverness Forest Blvd, Ashton Gardens entrance begins at the end of Inverness Forest Blvd.
   7. After passing the entrance, you will approach Ashton Gardens through a 1000’ tree-lined driveway.
2. From the South on I 45:
   1. From Houston, north on I 45 North, and take exit 66A (FM 1960, Addicks, Humble).
   2. Turn right (East) on FM 1960. Stay in right lane.
   3. Pass the third traffic light. (Do not take the overpass over the Hardy Toll Rd.)
   4. Take the Hardy Toll Rd. exit to the right. Get in left lane.
   5. At the first stop sign, turn left (north) on Inverness Forest Blvd.
   6. After going approx. one block north on Inverness Forest Blvd, Ashton Gardens entrance begins at the end of Inverness Forest Blvd.
   7. After passing the entrance, you will approach Ashton Gardens through a 1000’ tree-lined driveway.
3. From the East on FM 1960:
   1. From Humble, take FM 1960 East to the Hardy Toll Rd.
   2. From the right lane, take the Hardy Toll Rd. exit. (Do not take the overpass over the Hardy Toll Rd.)
   3. At the traffic light (Hardy Toll Rd.), go straight.
   4. At the first stop sign, turn right (north) on Inverness Forest Blvd.
   5. After going approx. one block north on Inverness Forest Blvd, Ashton Gardens entrance begins at the end of Inverness Forest Blvd.
   6. After passing the entrance, you will approach Ashton Gardens through a 1000’ tree-lined driveway.
4. From the West on FM 1960:
   1. From Champions, take FM 1960 West to I 45 North.
   2. Go straight on FM 1960 East, taking the underpass under I 45 North.
   3. Get in right lane. Pass the third traffic light. (Do not take the overpass over the Hardy Toll Rd.)
   4. Take the Hardy Toll Rd. exit to the right. Get in left lane.
   5. At the first stop sign, turn left (north) on Inverness Forest Blvd.
   6. After going approx. one block north on Inverness Forest Blvd, Ashton Gardens entrance begins at the end of Inverness Forest Blvd.
   7. After passing the entrance, you will approach Ashton Gardens through a 1000’ tree-lined driveway.
5. From the Hardy Toll Road:
   1. Exit FM 1960 and go West.
   2. At the first stop sign turn right (north) on Inverness Forest Blvd.
   3. After going approx. one block north on Inverness Forest Blvd., Ashton Gardens entrance begins at the end of Inverness Forest Blvd.
   4. After passing the entrance, you will approach Ahston Gardens through a 1000' tree lined driveway.
